Electricity & Communication: All lots have mains power and phone/data cabling connected and laid to their building platforms.
Potable Water: All lots are connected to North West Water Limited’s water supply, with allocations meeting the requirements of the QLDC Land Development and Subdivision Code of Practice.
Firefighting water: On-site static firefighting reserves will be required for each new home at the time of its construction, in accordance with the requirements of SNZ PAS 4509:2008.
